Once you are fully qualified in level 2 and 3, you can then move onto CPD courses.

VTCT level 2 certificate in
skin care and face massage
Description
In this course, you’ll learn the skills you need to deliver in skin care and face massage.
We cover all you need to know for facial massage, skin care skills and practice.
You’ll get plenty of time to work with live models and we also go over salon health and safety, and client care and communication.
Who is this course for?
This course is for those at the very beginning of their beauty career.
It’s even for those who have never delivered a single beauty treatment before.
Prerequisites
There are no prerequisites to worry about for this one.
Anyone can sign up for this course. So, all are welcome. Feel free to sign up!
Duration
You’ll need to allow 4 days in total.
3 days for the course and practising treatments. And 1 day for the exam.

This course is delivered in person.
Course content
Our trainers have oodles of experience, so you’re in safe hands. They give you plenty of time to practise and ask questions and they do it all with kindness. Joanna and Oktawia have both built their thriving beauty businesses up from nothing. They were once where you are now. Here’s what’s covered:

- Facial massage skills and practice
- Anatomy and physiology theory
- Skin care skills and practice
- Client care and communication
- 3 days theory and practical learning – you’ll get plenty of time to practise on live models

Outcomes
This course qualifies you to start working in the beauty industry. So, after you’ve passed the exam, you’re all good to go. You’ll also be ready for level 3 courses. We can’t wait to follow your business journey. Fly high!

VTCT level 3 certificate in
B14 facial electrotherapy
Description
This course gives you everything you need to confidently offer facial electrical treatments to your clients.
Using direct high frequency, galvanic, EMS, micro-current, lymphatic drainage equipment, you’ll finish the course qualified and confident.
We go over all the practical skills with you and you’ll get plenty of practice on live models too.
Who is this course for?
Our VTCT courses are for those at the very beginning of their beauty career.
Take Level 2 first, and then you can get stuck into Level 3 courses like this one.
Prerequisites
While VTCT courses are for those who are just starting out, you’ll need to take our Level 2 course (or equivalent) first.
Then you’re all set.

You’ll need to allow 6 days in total.
5 days for the course and practising treatments. And then 1 day for the exam.

This course covers all the fundamentals of facial electrical treatments using direct, high frequency, galvanic, EMS, micro current, lymphatic drainage and microdermabrasion, and includes:
- Applying micro dermabrasion techniques
- Dermatology and microbiology theory
- Anatomy and physiology theory
- Salon health and safety best practice
- Client consultation, treatment planning and preparation
- 5 days theory and practical learning – you’ll get plenty of time to practise on live models
- There will also be access to extra online support and theory classes
Outcomes
You’ll be fully versed in all things facial electrical treatments. And you’ll be all set to move onto CPD courses.

VTCT level 3 deluxe certificate in
B14 facial electrotherapy with microdermabrasion, radiofrequency and ultrasound
Description
This course covers everything included in our level 3 certificate in B14 facial electrotherapy but it comes with an extra day to learn how to deliver microdermabrasion, radiofrequency, and ultrasound treatments.
Who is this course for?
Our VTCT courses are for those at the very beginning of their beauty career. Take Level 2 first, and then you can get stuck into Level 3 courses like this one.

While VTCT courses are for those who are just starting out, you’ll need to take our Level 2 course (or equivalent) first.
Then you’re all set.

You’ll need to allow 7 days in total.
6 days for the course and practising treatments. And then 1 day for the exam.
